We liked being there. Spent 2 nights here with our dogs, had a really nice stay overall. A double room with a pleasant view to the cathedral, had requested this in advance.

The room was immaculately clean and the views of the town were nice! Besides, the location was particularly good for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a grand Gothic cathedral. This hotel was in a shopping area so close to other eateries, the tram from the city centre and Taxi.

The place was clean, nicely decorated rooms. The service was very good, it had a good rooftop restaurant. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

My double room was new-fashioned on the 8-10 floors which all have aircon. It was nice to find a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were appalling.

Unique and fancy hotel, supper friendly staff, loved magnificent location very close to the common areas, the main shopping area as well as restaurants and bars and tram route 3. The room was exceptionally clean and with bathroom, ensuite toilet.

During my recent stay at the Wasserturm Hotel Cologne, Curio Collection By Hilton, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and comfortable rooms. Despite a few drawbacks like expensive food and limited breakfast choices, the great staff and amazing view made up for it. The hotel's conversion of an old water tower into a hotel was a truly remarkable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was disappointing to have 2 single beds together instead of a double bed - and the shower was very weak.
